How much does VaroVet cost?

VaroVet Basic costs €69 per month and Professional costs €149 per month, with Enterprise starting from €6,000 per year. Paying annually costs ten months instead of twelve, so two months are free. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.

Does VaroVet charge per user?

VaroVet only charges for clinical users — anyone who creates or signs medical records, prescriptions or invoices under their own name. Basic includes 1 clinical user and Professional includes 3, with extra clinical users at €35 per user per month. Non-clinical staff such as reception, billing and inventory are included: up to 10 on Professional and unlimited on Enterprise.

Does VaroVet include SMS in the price?

SMS reminders are built into Professional and Enterprise — there is no separate add-on module and no credit bundles to pre-buy. Messages are billed transparently per message sent.

How much is an extra clinic location?

Basic and Professional each cover one location. Professional can add a second location for €59 per month, up to two in total. Enterprise includes unlimited locations.

Does VaroVet charge for card payments?

Taking card payments is optional through the VaroVet Payments add-on: €30 per month plus 3% + €0.30 per transaction in the EU. It is available on Professional and included with Enterprise at negotiated rates.
