About VaroVet
VaroVet started in our own clinic. Today it’s the practice management system we wished we could have bought — with the depth a hospital needs, in a system a new starter can use on their first shift.
Emils, our founder, spent years building products at Baltic tech startups. Alongside that, his family runs Miluliem — a veterinary clinic in Rīga.
When the clinic opened, we went looking for practice management software and couldn’t find a no-brainer. What was on the market was too expensive, too old, or both.
VaroVet started as the system we needed for our own clinic: records, scheduling, stock and billing that a vet could pick up without a training course.
Then we started talking to other clinics, and kept hearing the same thing. They felt exactly the way we did. That’s when VaroVet became a product for everyone.
Miluliem was VaroVet’s first clinic, and it’s still our pilot partner. Every feature is tried there first, on real patients and real busy days.
Nothing gets built before our vets agree it would be useful, and nothing launches until they’ve verified it’s useful and working. That rule hasn’t changed since day one.

Clinic and patient data stays in the European Union and is handled under GDPR from end to end.
